Second Vice-President of the National Federation of the Blind of Wisconsin and Milwaukee Chapter member

Bill is a Detroit Michigan native, a Federationist since about 1972, and a Milwaukee resident for the past 31 years. He is retired from the federal government after a 37 year career, most of it with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs in Washington, D.C. and in Milwaukee.

His hobbies include long walks, music listening, reading, ham radio, and word play, especially puns.

He is survived by himself, his wife of 31 years, Cheryl Orgas, son Christopher and daughter-in-law Tracie. William also has a dry, and at times absurd sense of humor.
